Dermavita MediSpa has been providing quality skin care treatments and products since 1992.

Our unique combination of experience in both the esthetic field and medical practice allows us to offer our clients a complete spectrum of skin care, from maintaining healthy skin and well being to advanced laser treatments and surgical rejuvenation of the face and body. Dermavita MediSpa was established and directed by Magdalena Witt, Certified Clinical Esthetician, leader and educator in the field of esthetics and Dr. George Marosan, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, well respected and known with his successful cosmetic surgery practice in Bellevue.
